Tregathen Consulting is led by Robert Botha, an economist and public policy specialist with experience at the intersection of research, policy, and political economy.
Robert holds degrees in Economics and Politics, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics. He is a Chevening Scholar and has held roles across government, research institutions and policy-focused environments, including the British High Commission in South Africa, the Parliament of South Africa, and the Western Cape Government.
His work focuses on producing high-quality research and translating it into real-world impact through strategic engagement and public discourse.
